Below is a Genreal description of some of the services that our company has to offer. Please note that pricing for certain services are to be done on a free estimate basis. Our lawn cutting service is based on a standard 1/2 acre, 3/4 acre, and 1 acre lot. These prices are a baseline for the actual prto service ones lawn.

Lawn Service

We offer several products in our lawn services category. You as the customer can choose a one time only lawn service, a seasonal package paid up front, or a pay as you go program. Please note thah pay as you go programs and one time services require payment at conclusion of service, Seasonal Packages must be paid in advance by April 1, 2008. Also please note that by selecting the seasonal package, you will receive a discount off the quoted price. Please click on the lawn pricing tab to the left for detailed pricing.

Rental Investment Home Owners Management/Maintenance Program

As noted earlier in our website we also offer a comprehensive property Management/Maintenance Program to our customers. This service includes meeting and greeting your tenant, providing the tenant with a welcome packet, going over rules and regulations with the teanant and conducting a initial woalkthrough inspection, and concluding with a walkout inspection with the tenant. We will also be available for emergemncy Maintenance calls for anything that may go wrong with any systems in the household.
