`Lawn Service Pricing
BK Lawn and Home Maintenance Service offers a variety of of patment options for your lawn needs. You can choose a one time service, sign on for our seasonal package, or pay weekly, bi weekly or monthly. It is your choice. We offer weekly service as well as bi-wekly service (recommended). Seasonal Contract
We offer a seaonal Lawn Cutting contract. If your intentions are to use us exclusively for your lawn cutting services the I highly recommend this package for you. The Seasonal Package will commence on April 18th 2008 and will cease on September 30, 2008. Seasonal Contracts are based on bi-weekly service. Based on this time frame you will receive 12 cuts. Each cut consists of professionally cutting property, Edging property, and blowing off walkways. We also offer bagging service as well at an additional charge. If you opt to utilize our seasonal contract service you will receive a $3.00 discount per cut. Below is our standard charge for lots based on standard lot sizes:
1. 1/2 Acre Lot- One Time Cut- $30.00
2. 3/4 Acre Lot- One Time Cut- $35.00
3. 1 Acre Lot- One Time Cut- $40.00
Savings if you choose Seasonal Contract based on 1/2 acre Lot are as follows:
$30.00 x 12 cuts = $360.00- Seasonal Contract Discount = $36.00
Total Seasonal Contract- $324.00
3/4 acre Example
$35.00 x 12 cuts = $410.00- Seasonal Contract Discount = $36.00
Total Seasonal Contract = $374.00
1 Acre Example
$40.00 x 12 Cuts= $480.00 less Seasonal Contract Discount of $36.00
Total Seasonal Contract= $444.00
Please note that all Contracts will be offered and finalized at the conclusion of visual inspection of the property to be serviced. We reserve the right to negotiate price on a case by case basis due to unusual circumstances since we all know all properties are different. Also Please note tha you as the customer may choose a weekly program as well- or a tri weekly method as well- Please note that any additional cuts will be charged at the standard charge rate. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SEASONAL CONTRACTS MUST BE REQUESTED BY MARCH 31, 2008 AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DISCOUNTED PRICES.
EXTRA BONUS- IF YOU CHOOSE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR SEASONAL CONTRACT- YOU WILL RECEIVE A 10 % DISCOUNT ON ANY OTHER FUTURE SERVICE (EXCLUDING SEASONAL CONTRACTS) FOR AS LONG AS WE DO BUSINESS TOGETHER. JUST MY WAY OF SAYING THANK YOU.
EXTRA BONUS 2- SIGN UP FOR A SEASONAL CONTRACT AND WE WILL TAKE AN EXTRA $10.00 OFF PER SEASONAL CONTRACT.
Standard Lawn Charges
As noted above we also offer non-contractual service for individual one time cuts or if you would rather just pay weekly. These Charges per cut are listed below:
1/2 acre cut- $30.00 per cut
3/4 acre cut- $35.00 per cut
1 Acre cut- $40.00 per cut
Please note that all individual cuts must be paid at time of service or prior there to. No Exceptions.
