 Founded in 2008, we are an upstart company that offers a variety of Home Maintenance Services and Lawn services.  Sole Proprietor Brian S. Rental Property Owners
We also offer a Rental Maintenance/Management Package which includes such services as meeting and greeting the tenant at arrival to your property, supplying tenant(s) with a welcome packet of area attractions.  Going over specific rules and regulations with tenant(s) and conducting a walkthrough inspection with tenant(s) demonstrating key features of property.  Providing tenant with emergency contact information (provided as part of this service).  And finally conducting a walkout inspection of property wth tenant(s).  A secondary option of this service is turnover of property upon tenant vacating property.  We will provide a complete and thorough report at conclusion of rental agreement with tenat back to you the owner.  There is no better way to protect your investment.  As always, timely, quality service is guaranteed and our professional conduct with your tenants will result in retention of future rentals and business.  Click  on the link below for more detailed information.
